From an old cart to your next event

A family-rooted Houston business built from determination, fresh flavors, and a passion for serving the community.

I started selling aguas frescas my freshman year of high school. I applied to five different jobs and did not get one because I had no work experience. So with my mom’s recipes, her help, and my family behind me, I fixed up an old cart we had sitting at home and got to work.

One of my first days selling, my uncle started calling me WaterBoy as a joke because aguas frescas were my main item. The name stuck. Since then, the menu has grown to include elotes, frituras, and chicharrones, and what began with one cart has grown into catering events across Houston. I do not really treat it like work because I love it.
